Matariki is the Māori name for a group of seven stars known as the Pleiades star cluster. Some people think of Matariki as a mother star with six daughters, and it is often referred to as the Seven Sisters.

Hermit crabs are reddish brown and some have purple spots. They have shells and claws. Hermit crabs are only a few millimetres long.
They live in there shells in tropical areas and trees near the ocean.
Coconuts hermit crabs eat fruit nuts, brine, shrimp and fish flakes.
